Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel the services that you have booked from Daily Tour & Travel then you have to intimate/ inform us in written form. You need to inform us about the cancellation within 15 days or before the date of travel or your booking date. We allow you to cancel the booking with all costs levied in its original at the time of booking receipt, invoice & other papers.

Refund

After we get your cancellation e-mail, we will instantly initiate the refund using your original payment method or the account in which you need your refund. Please kindly cooperate as the refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date we got your mail.

If you have a Service Provider Company

Due to service providers in nature "NO REFUND", and "NO CANCELLATION" will be entertained after the Payment has been initiated.

Our policies related to Cancellation, No show, or Early Departure

Our company understands that your plans can change at the last time because of some unavoidable reasons, that’s why we provide a smooth cancellation policy. Just make sure to inform us in writing if you’re thinking about canceling your travel. The cancellation charges that we have provided below will take place from the date we receive your mail in writing. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 🗹 30 days prior to arrival - 10% of the tour cost.
  • 🗹 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival - 30% of the tour cost.
  • 🗹 07 days to 14 days prior to arrival - 40 % of the tour cost.
  • 🗹 02 days to 06 days prior to arrival - 50% of the tour cost.
  • 🗹 Less than 48 hours or no show - NO REFUND.

Note:-If you have booked our services for weekends, weekdays, or for peak booking seasons like Holi, Diwali, X'Mas & New Year, etc then we have a separate cancellation policy for that. We will advise and inform you about that cancellation policy if it’s required.

Our Limitations and Liabilities: Please note that if you have already confirmed your booking but if the government increases the price of services related to it - flights, travel, taxes, fuel costs, etc - then you have to give an extra amount.

Our Service Delivery Policies:

Other than travel and transport bookings, we also provide safari and accommodation booking services in all parts of India. The booking that you have placed will be confirmed within 24* hrs. We have a big team and we assist travelers 24*7 on all Holidays too.

Payment Policies:

Daily Tour & Travel Pvt Ltd. accepts all kinds of payment methods like net banking, Master/Visa debit or credit card. If you’re booking from other countries then also you can pay to our account without any issues. In the case of Foreign nationals, they can make the payments through currency notes/traveler cheques or through master/visa American Express Credit Card.

If you’re paying through a credit card then an additional amount according to the bank will be added to the total amount.
