Start off your journey by visiting the mysterious and ancient temple amidst a cedar forest about 2 km away from the central Manali. This 450 years old, wooden and stone structured temple is known as the Hadimba Temple. The temple is dedicated to Hadimba, the demon wife of one of the Pandava brother Bhima from the Mahabharata. Another place to explore in Manali is the small village named Jagatsukh and it's Shikara style old temples. Later you can visit the Vashisht Kund - the hot water spring to get some warmth in the chilled climate of Manali. End your day by visiting the Tibetian Monastery - a place that absorbs all your exhaustion from life. Also, you can take a happy stroll at the Handicraft center nearby and grab some local handcraft pieces to lock your memory forever.

It is open to the tourists only from June to October afterward it becomes inaccessible due to high snow and freezing climate.
