The best time to visit Tadoba National Park depends on the type of wildlife you want to spot there:

Peak Season: Winter (October - March)
During these months, the park remains crowded, and it’s the best time to visit Tadoba because the weather is pleasant with temperatures ranging from 10°C to 30°C. During these months, animals remain active, and you can easily spot them during the early morning and evening safaris. Also, you can spot many migratory birds during the ride.

You can take nice pictures of the rich biodiversity of this park during this time.

Closed Season: Monsoon (July – October)
The park remains closed during monsoon due to heavy rains and muddy terrains. Wildlife safaris are not conducted during this time as the roads become inaccessible. The road and safari routes become dense and slippery in the forest area, and for safety reasons, safaris are not allowed.
